I own a small business that requires everyone to wear a uniform all week (including the boss ;). However, on the weekends, Friday-Sunday, I love to glam it up. I like to remind my husband of one of the many reasons why he chose to be my partner for the rest of our lives. I like simple styles that don't require a lot of work or money. I find great vintage pieces, designer clothes, and of course great fitting or destroyed jeans at thrift stores. I'm a huge fan of upcycling my items and making them exclusively mine. My 9 year old daughter even loves being the only one at school with a great fashion piece that no one else will have (she's awesome like that). I love putting outfits together here on Polyvore, then trying to get a close match at much lower cost. I suppose I'm a thrifty fashionista.
